Sample Proposal Review

Sample owner-facing review

See how WAG turns competing proposals into a clear decision.

This representative sample shows the structure and depth of a WAG Proposal Review. It is intentionally anonymized and shortened for public viewing.

01

Executive Summary

A concise owner-level explanation of the strongest proposal, the largest unresolved risks, and the decisions required before award.

02

Scope Normalization

Each proposal is reorganized into the same categories so inclusions, exclusions, allowances, and owner responsibilities can be compared directly.

03

Water Strategy Review

WAG reviews source reliability, storage, refill, flow, pressure, distribution, zoning, filtration, and seasonal operating assumptions.

04

Power & Controls

Utility dependency, backup power, pump loads, controls, communications, remote activation, and outage performance are evaluated.

05

Missing Scope & Risk

Unpriced prerequisites, unclear trade boundaries, owner-provided work, permitting assumptions, and likely change-order exposure are identified.

06

Commercial Comparison

Pricing is reviewed alongside scope, exclusions, warranty, service, testing, commissioning, and lifecycle obligations—not simply the bottom line.

Representative recommendation

Do not award solely on the lower base price.

Resolve the water-storage responsibility, backup-power scope, commissioning criteria, and long-term maintenance obligations first. Once those items are normalized, the owner can compare value and risk on a consistent basis.
