WAG uses two connected evaluations: a standardized vendor and system capability profile, followed by a property-specific compatibility score.

A technically capable system can still be a poor project fit if it requires more water, power, service support or construction impact than the property can reasonably provide.

WAG does not rank systems using one universal winner list. We evaluate baseline capability, then apply project-specific weighting.

A platform may be well suited to one property and poorly suited to another because of water, power, climate, construction impact, service coverage or owner priorities.

02 Can WAG review only one proposal?

Yes. A single-proposal review can identify material assumptions, missing infrastructure, exclusions, undefined responsibilities and long-term ownership requirements.

WAG may recommend obtaining additional proposals when the existing proposal does not provide enough information or appears poorly aligned with the property.

03 Does WAG verify manufacturer performance claims?

WAG reviews available specifications, proposal commitments, technical documents and written vendor responses.

Where information cannot be independently verified, it is identified as an assumption, vendor representation or unresolved item rather than presented as a confirmed fact.

04 Will WAG tell us which proposal is cheapest?

WAG can compare proposal pricing, but the evaluation focuses on total project scope and long-term ownership—not only the quoted price.

A lower proposal may exclude water storage, electrical work, trenching, engineering, testing, maintenance or other work required to produce an operational system.

05 Can WAG evaluate an existing installed system?

Yes. Existing systems may be evaluated for water capacity, pump performance, coverage, power resilience, controls, freeze protection, testing, maintenance and documentation.

Additional field testing or specialist involvement may be recommended when system condition or performance cannot be established from documents and visual review alone.

06 Does the evaluation include engineering?

Not unless engineering is specifically included through an appropriately licensed professional.

WAG may identify where hydraulic, electrical, civil, structural or other engineering is required and coordinate that work as part of a broader project scope.

07 Does WAG receive manufacturer or contractor commissions?

WAG’s primary service relationship is intended to be directly with the client for assessment, evaluation, advisory and project-management services.

Any material referral, compensation or commercial relationship that could affect a recommendation should be disclosed to the client.
