Vendor Participation Charter

Fair participation and accurate information

The Vendor Participation Charter applies to manufacturers, installers, contractors, consultants, and industry partners participating in the WAG Registry or WAG-coordinated RFQs.

Accurate profiles

Companies are expected to provide current and accurate information about capabilities, service areas, licensing, insurance, certifications, project experience, and availability.

No purchased endorsement

Payment for optional services, enhanced documentation, or profile administration does not automatically create WAG verification, recommendation, or preferred status.

Consistent RFQ responses

Companies should respond to the project information provided, identify assumptions, state exclusions clearly, and avoid presenting allowances or incomplete scope as fully included work.

Professional communication

Participating companies should communicate accurately, respond within reasonable timeframes, and promptly disclose changes in availability or scope.

Documentation cooperation

Companies participating in documented projects may be asked to provide equipment information, drawings, photographs, test results, commissioning records, warranties, and maintenance requirements.

Badge and status use

WAG names, badges, and registry statuses may only be used in the manner authorized by WAG. Companies may not imply broader certification, endorsement, or project approval than the status actually granted.

Corrections and removal

WAG may correct, suspend, or remove listings when information is materially inaccurate, outdated, misleading, or inconsistent with this charter.

Participation does not guarantee work

Registry inclusion or RFQ participation does not guarantee leads, awards, project volume, verification, or recommendation.
