WAG standards are designed to improve the quality of information available to property owners. They do not replace engineering, permitting, manufacturer requirements, contractor licensing, or the authority having jurisdiction.

Registry status

Registered

The company has submitted profile information for inclusion in the WAG Registry. Information may be self-reported and should not be interpreted as verification or endorsement.

Verified

WAG has reviewed selected company information such as identity, service capability, licensing, insurance, or other documentation. The exact verification scope may vary and should be described on the company profile.

Documented

WAG has reviewed or assembled project documentation associated with one or more completed projects. Documented status relates to available records and does not guarantee future performance.

Proposal review methodology

WAG proposal reviews may address scope completeness, exclusions, water supply assumptions, hydraulic targets, power requirements, backup strategy, control architecture, freeze protection, materials, testing, commissioning, maintenance, warranty, schedule, and lifecycle considerations.

Project documentation

A complete project record may include site data, photographs, plans, equipment schedules, as-built information, test results, commissioning records, maintenance requirements, and change documentation.

Badges and registry statuses communicate the level of information WAG has reviewed. They are not warranties, guarantees, licenses, or substitutes for the owner’s own due diligence.
